Mary Lewis M.S., BCBA
Mary has been working with children with autism for over nine years. She began working with children in home programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and B.F. Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior. She provided academic instruction and implemented behavioral protocols through Intensive Trial Teaching and Natural Environment Teaching. She also provided shadowing in schools and socialization training. She trained team members and parents. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Temple University and completed her certification as a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst in 2005. She provided consultation and supervision through Keppley Behavioral Consulting for children in their home and school environments. She designed and modified Behavior Intervention Plans and Individualized Education Plans. She completed her Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Behavior Analysis in 2008. She completed her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2009. She has presented many workshops and trainings for organizations such as POAC of PA, Variety Club, Milagre Kids School, Abington School District, and The Autism Institute at Gwynedd-Mercy College.

Cherie Freeman B.S.
Cherie Freeman has been working with children with autism for over ten years. She graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She is a Certified Elementary School Teacher. She has taught children, preschool through kindergarten, as well as worked as the Director of Education at a local private school. As Director of Education Cherie was responsible for creating and implementing the curriculum and benchmarks for children ages six months through five years old. She has been working as a full-time ABA therapist for the past seven years. She works in home-based settings with children utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis on Intensive Trial and Natural Environment Teaching. She also shadows children in preschool and school district settings. She has helped to train new therapists on various teams.

Kimberly Fulmer B.S.

Kimberly has been working with children with special needs for over six years. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Accounting from Ursinus College. She began working with children with learning disabilities, neurological impairments and neuro-psychiatric disorders in a residential setting. She implemented behavior plans which included providing support services, crisis intervention, and instruction to children ranging in age from six to eighteen years old. Kimberly has been working as an ABA Therapist for over four years. She has mainly worked with children with autism or PDD-NOS ranging in age from two to fourteen years old. She currently provides academic instruction and behavioral intervention to children in home programs. The programs utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior with a focus on Intensive Trial and Natural Environment Teaching. She also provides emotional support, shadowing and socialization training in school settings. Additionally, Kimberly provides behavioral, academic and emotional support to children with special needs in a religious education program serving as the program's Behavioral Consultant. She is currently developing a religious based education program to meet the needs of children with autism and other learning disabilities.
